These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of blacknote.co.in and any purchase made through it. By accessing the site or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the site immediately.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or make a purchase on blacknote.co.in. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to be in violation of this condition without notice or refund.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. You must notify us immediately at hello@blacknote.co.in if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Blacknote shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; a binding contract is formed only upon our written confirmation of your order. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock discrepancies. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before dispatch and offer the option to reconfirm at the correct price or receive a full refund.
Full payment is required at the time of placing an order. We accept payments via Razorpay, UPI, net banking, and credit/debit cards. We do not accept cash on delivery. All transactions are processed securely; Blacknote does not store payment card information.
We make every effort to accurately describe the condition, format, and grading of each record. Grading is based on the Goldmine Standard. Minor variations in condition descriptions are inherent to pre-owned goods and do not constitute misrepresentation. For sealed (new) records, descriptions are based on manufacturer information. If you believe a product has been materially misdescribed, contact us within 7 days of receipt.
All content on this site — including but not limited to photography, graphic design, copywriting, branding, and catalogue curation — is the intellectual property of Blacknote and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright laws. Reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of any content without prior written consent from Blacknote is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
You agree not to: (a) use the site for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems; (c) scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the site; (d) post false, misleading, or defamatory content; (e) engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blacknote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business — arising from your use of the site or purchase of products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the value of the specific order giving rise to the claim.
